This includes ultimate responsibility for hiring, firing, rating, and promoting all staff, coordinating work with DHHS, daily contact for purposes related to the contract, and ensuring work is performed in accordance with contract requirements.Examples of Work Performed g Through communication with the first line Supervisors, prioritize the work of the office in a manner to ensure contract compliance.g Hire and train all staff directly reporting to the Operations Manager position. Monitor performance of the directly supervised staff and recommend changes to procedures to ensure compliance with expectations.g Ensure that all areas have accurate, up to date procedure manuals reflecting DHHS policies related to the work.
