Job Description
This position will oversee the US Fraud Prevention Group. The Operations Fraud Prevention Associate is in charge of ensuring that internal/external fraudulent issues are resolved + prevented. He/she will also work closely with our training department for the call center and our call monitoring department to ensure that fraud prevention initiatives are rolled-out correctly.
The Operations Fraud Prevention Associate will be expected to research fraud related issues brought to his/her attention. He/she will also be responsible for analyzing areas of improvement to identify quality needs. The Operations Fraud Prevention Associate will work closely with the development department and the strategic initiatives department to ensure that all new fraud prevention projects will be rolled out into operation correctly.
The Operations Fraud Prevention Associate will be supporting our US business. This is an exciting opportunity as CashNetUSA currently operates in over 30+ states in the US.
A successful Operations Fraud Prevention Associate should be able to communicate effectively at all levels and possess analytical reasoning skills necessary to troubleshoot fraudulent related issues. The candidate should possess strong management skills, be an effective leader to individuals and have excellent project management skills. The Operations QA Manager must be flexible with his/her work schedule and be willing to be on call occasionally for problems that arise outside of his/her normal working hours.
Essential Functions:
Manage the Fraud Prevention Department for the US businessResponsible for fraud prevention system checks and investigating any fraudulent inquiries from customersProactively identify fraudulent trends Work closely with the call center to identify areas for improvement; spec improvements and see through the implementation of those improvements.Document procedures and ensure that proper training is in place for the call center for all fraud procedures.
· Upon identification of a problem, perform root cause analysis, recommend fix, document as required and work with Development to investigate and resolve.Create, develop, and implement quality programs and competitions to promote fraud prevention initiatives.
