They form the foundation of our SUPERVALU Advantage - the key to our continuing success.Job DescrioptionResponsible for providing clerical support to the warehouse supervisory staff; recording daily employee absences, coding employee payroll to include correct shift and job function; maintain set sheets and transfers; taking orders to the floor locations;  operating Vocollect pick manager and assisting order selectors with problems and entering delays; assisting with the assignment of employees to the shifts; assigning fork-lifts to directed replenishment; handling exception, specialty, and cross-dock orders; provide Inventory Control support by delivering credits and purchase orders to the direct desk and accounting department, checking and replacing slot tags, doing reserve verification checks and answering phones. Schedule- 4 10 hour day work weeks- will include at least 1 weekend day Qualifications-  Two (2) years post high school education or equivalent work experience -  PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel a plus -  Excellent communication skills -  High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information -  Strong organization and detail-orientation skills. -  Excellent interpersonal skills.   Company: SUPERVALU Location: Hopkins, MN 55343 Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Administrative/Clerical Company: SUPERVALU
