Online Marketing Manager

REPORTS TO: Senior Director, Direct Marketing

POSITION SUMMARY:

TrustedID Inc. seeks a highlymotivated Online Marketing Manager to help grow our online channel. Theindividual will be responsible for the development and execution of newcustomer acquisition programs in our SEM, CPA and affiliate channels, includingprogram strategy, creative, implementation and analysis. Innovation,creativity, dedication and results are valued. This position will be located inour corporate headquarters in Redwood City, CA.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Establishoverall strategy and lead efforts to drive profitable new customer acquisitionand increase the long-term effectiveness of our SEM, CPA and affiliate marketingfor maximizing return-on-investment (ROI);

- Manageall aspects of SEM campaigns, including planning, bid management, ad copy,keywords expansion, implementation, monitoring, landing pages and on-going optimization

- Manageall efforts on building and growing our CPA/Affiliate channel including:vendor/publisher relationships, recruitment, optimization, promotions, creativedevelopment, on-going testing and optimization to improve performance

- Manageday-to-day relationship with internal/external partners as needed;

- Provide in-depth reporting andanalysis of all marketing program performance.

- Stayabreast of industry trends, competitors and best practices.

 

MINIMUM/REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of applicable work experience. Demonstrated success in managing products and programs in highly competitive and growing markets. Proven track record with hands-on experience of acquiring new customers through SEM, CPA and Affiliate marketing programs. Broad understanding and experience in online marketing tactics. Results-oriented, great attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines; Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with thoroughness and precision in the fastest environments Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Experience working with Commission Junction a plus

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS: Online marketing experience in the Financial Services industry is a plus. Bachelor's degree with excellent academic record required.
