Online Dating Service Seeks Profile Advisor!

Our client is a full-scale online dating service in Dallas, TX and they are seeking a "Profile Advisor" for an immediate opening on a contract basis.  The following is a detailed description of the positions and the expectations of prospective candidates.  If this sounds like you, apply today!   Position Summary: The Advisor is responsible for maintaining the protocol in terms of customer interactions as well as insuring the best possible experience in a service environment.  The Advisor will perform daily statistical analyses reports which will support programs and initiatives and will also help to define strategic direction. The Advisor will assist the contractors’ interactions with clients by assisting with portrait reviews by proof reading and offering suggested changes.  The advisor must possess strong editing, writing and coaching skills and the ability determine what makes a fun and interesting portrait.  The advisor must be able to communicate feedback in a professional and friendly manner without involving any personal judgment and/or criticism.   The Advisor will possess the ability to discuss all match.com products and be able to communicate and cooperate with other liaisons within our client to problem solve and clarify issues and problems. The Advisor must have great phone and email communications skills.  This person must have the ability to understand a wide variety of people, determine their needs and be able to communicate in a compelling and very personal manner.   Finally, the Advisor must have great motivational skills. They must be able to direct and organize agents in how to deal with customers. They must be able to quickly proof 50+ drafts and assign leads to 10+ agents daily. He/she must be attentive to agents’ needs and be able to handle overflow and last minute scheduling issues. They must be able to adjust workflow on a daily basis.  Responsibilities: Generate daily reports that communicate the performance of lead generation, customer interactions, dating compliance, sales, customer traffic, portrait assistance, upgrades, etc Assist the Contractors by proofing drafts, photograph consultations, uploading profile and photographs, as well as assisting in writing, editing, and creating profiles. Review, and revise customer portraits using intuitive skills and the understanding of customers needs appropriately and successfully.  Provide business and technology support to Advisors and Contractors Manage activities and analyze contracting parties for performance gaps Communicate changes, daily activity updates, overall flow of business and suggestions for enhancement if necessary Upkeep of relations between customers and contracting parties in order to ensure the best quality of feedback and interaction stemming directly from any business interactions Follow up and resolve escalated requests from customers and clients/partners Effectively plan and manage resources to meet program and organizational objectives; aiding management with determining staffing requirements and communicating strategy changes.· Provide statistical reports on event outcomes which will assist in future event planning· Handle escalations from clients· Process refunds to clients· Communicate with customers as to what the status of their profile is and be able to locate information on web-based servers and from other areas of the company Qualifications:   2-3 years of successful, professional customer service and/or telesales Strong Excel and analytical skills required Superb verbal communication skills; excellent grammar, vocabulary, and syntax Strong phone and computer skills (esp.
