About the Position:

An ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and at least 1 year of administrative experience. Knowledge of MS Office Suite programs is required. Must be excellent at multi-tasking and able to maintain a high level of productivity with or without direct supervision. A background in sales or banking is helpful, but not required. Must be punctual, be able to work well with others, and have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

 

This role requires: Ordering of all office supplies Tracking and preparation of incoming and outgoing shipments Answering a multi-line phone and taking messages or relaying calls as needed Reviewing, preparing and submitting paperwork for new accounts and maintenance on existing accounts via company interface Recruiting sales reps for the office via Craigslist, CareerBuilder and Monster Resolve customer issues, questions and complaints in a friendly and timely manner Make outbound Quality Assurance calls to new merchants Other duties and projects as assigned A great sense of humor
