Position Responsibilities















As Office Coordinator, you will provide wide-ranging administrative support to a broad group of senior team members, consultants and analysts















·         Manage calendars; schedule and support meetings and activities.

·         Schedule domestic and international travel, hotel accommodations and other transportation

·         Provide overall office, clerical and phone support; interact and provide assistance to other departments and team members as needed

·         Act directly with management company to file maintenance repairs and other inquiries/requests

·         Maintain adequate office supply solutions and oversee office equipment performance/maintenance

·         Manage office filing and storage systems

·         Sort incoming mail and process outbound/inbound shipments

 

Position Requirements

 

·         Minimum 1+ years experience in administrative role

·         Associates degree preferred

·         Self-starter who possesses strong problem-solving abilities

·         Temperament and ability to withstand/meet deadlines and work well under pressure

·         Must be flexible and team oriented, with a readiness to take on any task.

·         Excellent written and oral communication capabilities.

·         Strong organizational and task-completion capabilities, with keen attention to detail.

·         Professional and personable business style with superior customer service focus and ability to work effectively with all types of people.
