Office Assistant/Junior Bookkeeper

Permanent position available for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years experience in a bookkeeping or office assistant environment, to join staff of small, private company located in Far Hills, New Jersey.

Ideal candidate will possess strong multi-tasking abiliities, strong communication skills...not only verbal but written as well, be versed in Microsoft Word, some Excel and have a working .knowledge of Quik Books 

Responsibilities include answering phones, receiving packages from Fedex and other delivery services; maintain maintenance schedule; maintain service checklists; file/maintain medical claims; order supplies and misc. internet research.  Bookkeeping responsibilities include some data entry, some journal entries other a/p a/r and clerical projects.

Position is diverse and interesting.  Each day is different and ideal candidate must have a positive personality and be comfortable speaking with very high-level individuals...i.e. Chairmans, political representatives and more.
