Full-Time Office Assistant Needed for a Fashion Accessory Company in Midtown, NY. If you have book-keeping experience, this is a great plus.

Job will entail customer service, filing and organizing, photo manipulation and assisting your supervisor in any tasks he/she may have.

This is an entry-level salaried position.

Must Have:

- Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Oral).

- Extremely Organized.

- Be Proficient with Computer: Photoshop, Quickbook, Excel, MS Office Programs.

- Be Passionate, Energetic and Have a Positive Attitude.

Following Skills are a plus:

- Design Background (Fashion Accessory (Jewelry))

- Book Keeping Experience.

- 2nd Language is a plus.
