Office Administrator (Anjou)

La Banque de Personnel is currently recruiting for our client who is seeking an administrative professional to complete a temporary assignment lasting approximately one month , with the chance of an extension .

Scope:

To support Key Account Manager(s) with daily administrative/clerical work; as well as maintain the Retail Division information database.

Key Account Administration duties:

- Prepare key account promotional allowances

- Prepare advertisement proposal documentation

- Process account deductions

- Design, prepare and update sales-review reports

- Advise account reps of our clients product introductions, changes or withdrawals

- Answer ad-hoc account questions/requests

- Prepare various sales reports, as requested

Retail Information Database duties:

- Maintain store and account listing information

- Maintain store distribution information

- Utilize database for creating distribution and market analysis reports as well as other ad-hoc administrative reports

Other duties:

- Receive, sort and distribute office mail

- Answer telephones, redirect voicemail messages when required.

- Word-processing, faxing, filing and photocopying documents, when required.

Skills/Qualifications:

- Post Secondary Education

- Basic accounting knowledge (i.e. deductions/accruals, etc.)

- 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a sales environment

- Proficient Computer Skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint

- Knowledge of database systems, SAP & Cognos an asset (or ability to learn these programs)

- Strong Organizational, Time Management and Interpersonal Skills are essential

- Proficiency in both official languages is required.

Compensation:

$15-17/ hour based on experience
