About the Opportunity We're looking for an individual with a strong Nurse Call background with experience in the day to day operations of the suppression business. The right candidate will have the ability to direct multiple Nurse Call departments within a set region. This individual must be an organized, motivated self starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and interact with local management. This position will report to the Regional Manager. Qualifications Committed to developing the skills and talents of people. Demonstrates ability to coach performance in areas such as quality, revenue, customer service, and productivity. Understands team dynamics and skilled at building team spirit. Motivates team members to work together to achieve goals. Effective managing in a changing environment. Skills include leadership, planning, developing policies, delegation, and tracking performance against measurable goals. Experience confronting performance issues as well as giving rewards and recognition. Can deliver difficult feedback by constructively focusing on improvement. Designs and manages processes to monitor progress and to maximize performance. Capable of profit and loss responsibility for an organization through setting financial goals and creating and managing budgets. Strong project management background. Experience overseeing all aspects of the project, including planning, resource allocation, and budget. Capable of staffing, structuring, and maintaining a productive team of skilled employees. Directs subordinates to complete assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies. Only applicants that possess the minimum qualifications will be considered. Candidates must successfully complete an employment background investigation and drug screening.
