The right candidate will have the ability to direct multiple Nurse Call departments within a set region. This individual must be an organized, motivated self starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and interact with local management. This position will report to the Regional Manager.  Qualifications Committed to developing the skills and talents of people. Capable of profit and loss responsibility for an organization through setting financial goals and creating and managing budgets. Strong project management background. Experience overseeing all aspects of the project, including planning, resource allocation, and budget. Capable of staffing, structuring, and maintaining a productive team of skilled employees.
