Job Description:4-12 Years of IT Experience in Telecom OSS/BSS systems.The ideal candidate will have the ability to adopt 'Continuous process improvement approach' by taking advantage of the current best practices, testing tools, procedures. OSS Domain knowledge and ability to apply it during Dev/test planning phase. Expertise in at least one of the following areas: Service Assurance, Provisioning (DSL/Broadband), Fault Management, Network Performance Management, IP Network provisioning, Network Management. (This is most critical skill) Good understanding of clients Network and its characteristics. Help to improve the test coverage, depth and regression leading improved test quality gates. Identify opportunities for Test automation and implement automation leading to the productivity gains. Manage and Create reusable business components. Continuous innovation.
