Santek is seeking someone who is dedicated and results-driven to continue corporate growth through solid waste company and/or landfill acquisitions and privatization. The National Sales Director will develop and direct a team of professionals who will be key to taking Santek into the future. Experience in Business-to-Government (B2G) sales, privatization and/or acquisitions is a must.
Key Objectives:
Deliver tangible growth in sales, market share and profitability within the B2G arena.
Recruit, train and motivate top-performing sales team to achieve growth
Demonstrate self start business building and directing capabilities
Entrepreneurial and Negotiating abilities
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a Business Management or Engineering field or equivalent demonstrated experience is desirable. MBA preferable.
Required Experience:
Minimum 7 years of demonstrable, progressive sales experience, preferably in B2G sales, privatization and/or acquisitions
Related technical experience in long term service contracts with local governments is desired.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
