.NET Programmer Analyst
Diversified Business Communications is looking for a .NET Programmer Analyst to join our growing technology department. The .NET Programmer Analyst's role is to define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements. This includes writing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications. The Programmer Analyst will also research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the production life cycle.  Position Requirements: A BS in computer science with 2 years of .NET work experience or 3-5 years of .NET work experience. Proficiency in a variety of programming languages, including C#, VB.NET, T-SQL. Excellent understanding of coding methods and best practices. Thorough understanding of platforms such as Windows, IIS 6 & SQL Server 2005. Solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies, including managed Stored Procedures and Web Services. Able to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams. Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies. Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products. Highly self motivated and directed along with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities in a production environment. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
