We are looking for Area Managers in Central and South Texas who will have the overall responsibility for overseeing the people, processes and operations of 5-8 restaurants in one area.
The Area Manager drives excellence in day-to-day operations of all company owned restaurants in the market; trains, coaches, supports managers; plans and sets goals; focuses on in-store problem solving/process improvement; sets standards; recognizes and motivates General Managers, Managers and Restaurant Teams.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of successful, high sales volume, operational management experience preferably in the Quick Service Restaurant industry. Background check, drug screen and Motor Vehicle Check required. We offer competitive salary with medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K and profit sharing, and company car.
