You will be responsible for working a pipeline of loans on a daily basis where you will make decisions on loan applications up to the conforming loan limits, typically on one-unit properties. You will verify customer income, resolve routine title issues, process subordinations, resolve appraisal disputes, and execute closing actions to ensure a timely and efficient closing process.You must have at least 2 years of experience in loan processing, be a team player, work well under pressure, have the ability to multi-task, and have the desire to join a winning team.
