Immediate opening at fast paced Direct Marketing company in Westchester County. Looking for customer focused individual with a minimum of 1 years experience to resolve escalated customer service issues within a professional office environment.

Duties include inbound customer calls, letters and emails. Resolving Better Business Bureau and Attorney General complaints, as well general order processing problems.

Must be organized, detail oriented,able to multi-task and work independently while maintaining a pleasant speaking voice and professional demeanor on the phone. Computer literate in MS Outlook,Excel and Word. Offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Bi-Lingual in English/Spanish is a plus but not required
