Market HR Manager - (Corpus Christi,TX)
The MHRM's are responsible for execution of HR initiatives in employment practices, HR communications, performance management, staffing, development and associate relations. MHRMs provide HR support and guidance to the Market Managers and report to Regional HR Directors.This position is located in Corpus Christi,TX. Meet the following minimum qualifications:4 years of combined managerial experience supervising salaried associates. At least 2 years of this experience must include HR mgmt responsibilities (e.g.,staffing, performance management, coaching and mentoring, training, compensation, promotion, investigations) OR 2 years of combined managerial experience supervising salaried associates plus a BA/BS degree in an HR related field (eg., Industrial Relations) OR 2 years of salaried Wal-Mart People Division experienceAdditional Preferred Requirements:2 years of retail-related experienceHR Professional Certification (eg.,PHR/SPHR)Master's degree or higher in an HR-related field (eg.,Industrial Relations)2 years HR mgmt experienceAll applicants:After meeting the conditions above you will be asked to complete a competency-based assessment administered by a third party.
