Description: Planificateur de main-d?oeuvre d?UniteLe Planificateur de Main-d'oeuvre d'Unit? se d?brouillera et participera - la Planification de Personnel d'Unit? courte et - long terme et les programmes d'unit?, PIP et les tudes de CI se rapportant au fait d'optimiser li? de personnel, les op?rations et l'?quipement. Le travail implique l'application ind?pendante de Main-d'oeuvre Planifiant la m?thodologie et les principes dans le d?veloppement, le raffinement et l'impl?mentation de toutes les composantes pourvoyantes en personnel pour rencontrer l'unit? bugetary et le salaire requirments. Alors le Planificateur, travaillera dans le tandem avec le Contr?leur d'unit? et le Directeur de Ressources Humaines. Le Planificateur, soutiendra aussi le Directeur d'Unit? dans la d?termination du fait de pourvoir en personnel futur des exigences pour soutenir des Buts de Plan d'affaires et de Croissance Strat?giques, la nouvelle manipulation garantissante et les accords provisioning sont r?alisables et le prix efficace. Suppl?mentairement, responsable de diriger et diriger la planification dans-maison fait les tudes et le supervisant de l'administration de conseiller planifiant des tudes, aussi bien que, en repr'sentant l'Unit? sur li? de planification. Peut coordonner des projets avec, et-ou servir, la liaison d'Unit?. Participez au d?veloppement d'exigence de volume de repas passag?re projet?e bas?e sur les volumes de passager de revenu et le vol doivent satisfaire des besoins pourvoyants en personnel et budg?tairesducation: Le degr? d'associ's ou le degr? d'une universit? de 4 ann?e ou d'un coll?ge ont pr?f?r? L'exp?rience commensurable a r?fl?chiExp?rience: Le minimum de 3-5 ans d'exp?rience dans un champ li?Adresses d'Emploi : La connaissance de principes de main-d'oeuvre et planification strat?gique et applications. La connaissance de programmer les proc?dures et les processus. La connaissance de m?thodes d'administration de projet et de techniques. La connaissance d'ordonnances de Province, locales, codes et r?glements se rapportant au fait de pourvoir en personnel et la planification de programme et le d?veloppement. Connaissance d'Accord de N?gociation collective actuel. La capacit? de diriger les conseillers ext?rieurs dans une mani?re conductrice - l'ach?vement - propos et efficace de travail. La capacit? de se d?velopper et pr'senter les rapports oraux et crits sur les ditions complexes en utilisant le bon vocabulaire d'affaires et la construction de mot n?cessaire. La capacit? de communiquer clairement et efficacement, tant verbalement que l'?criture et maintenir le rapport travaillant int?rieur et externe. La capacit? d'influencer d'autres directeurs d'unit?, dans leur utilisation de leur personnel traite et les proc?dures. Doit tre responsable, avoir de fortes adresses de direction et doit tre un haut r?ussi.

Manpower Planner - Dorval, QCPosition Summary:The Unit Manpower Planner will manage and participate in short and long-range Unit Staff Planning, and unit programs, i.e. PIP, CI studies pertaining to optimizing staff related processes, operations and facilities. Work involves independent application of Manpower Planning methodology and principles in the development, refinement and implementation of all staffing components to meet unit budgetary and salary requirements. The Planner, will work in tandem with the unit Comptroller and the Manager of Human Resources. The Planner, will also support the Unit General Manager in determining future staffing requirements to sustain Strategic Growth and Business Plan Goals, ensuring new handling and provisioning agreements are viable and cost effective. Additionally, responsible for directing and managing in-house planning studies and overseeing management of consultant planning studies, as well as, representing the Unit on planning related matters. May coordinate projects with, and/or serve as, the Unit liaison.Education: Associates degree or degree from a 4 year university or college preferred Commensurate experience considered
Work Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience within a related field
Job Skills : Knowledge of principles of manpower and strategic planning, applications Knowledge of scheduling procedures and processes Knowledge of project management methods and techniques Knowledge of Provincial, local ordinances, codes and regulations relating to staffing and schedule planning and development Knowledge of the current Collective Bargaining Agreement Ability to manage outside consultants in a manner conducive to the timely and efficient completion of work Ability to develop and present oral and written reports on complex issues using good business vocabulary and proper word construction Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, and to maintain internal and external working relationships Ability to influence other unit managers, in their utilization of their staff process and procedures Ability to oversee the work of others and to assess work product Must be accountable, strong leadership and must be a high achiever Must be familiar with a unionized environment
Communication Skills : Must be able to communicate effectively with management team and staff Bi-lingual in French and English is a requirement
