Agri-Mark/Cabot, New England's largest dairy manufacturing/consumer products cooperative, has an excellent opportunity available in our corporate headquarters located in Methuen, Mass., for a Manager of Benefits and Compensation.

Â Â Â The position will have responsibility for managing the on-going development, implementation and administration of the organization's benefits and compensation programs for our corporate and multi-site office and manufacturing facilities. The position will also have oversight of the HRIS Data Base.

Â Â Â Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in program design and implementation. Experience managing and administering corporate retirement plans is essential. The position reports to the Senior Vice-President, Human Resources.
