This role has responsibility across several locations and may manage remote team members. Responsibilities: Partners with business to prioritize and schedule resources to consistently achieve billable utilization goals for all metros within regional accountability Identifies trends based on all report sources, metrics and defines staffing parameters Prioritizes and schedules staff in accordance with company’s goals, revenue potential, downstream opportunities and career growth Plans and manages staff allocation to ensure maximum billability Work with other managers across multiple regions to identify needs and match talent to open requirements Drafts quarterly hiring plan Work with recruiting to source candidates based on particular skills and level needs 25 % travel may be required. Experience Guidelines: 5-7+ years’ work experience in a fast-paced global environment Led diverse teams of 10 or more people in dynamic and fast-paced environments Experience in a consulting and/or project based environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Experience preparing and giving presentations is preferred Previous supervisory experience is preferredEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related fieldAbout SapientAbout SapientSapient, a global services firm, helps clients compete, evolve and grow in an increasingly complex marketplace.
