We have an immediate opening for a maintenance professional with proven process improvement and leadership skills to join our management team in the Cleveland area.  The Maintenance Engineering Manager will:Oversee a team of experts focused on the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems required to run a distribution center, call center, data center, and office environment.Establish a metrics-driven management approach that allows for seamless communication with operational managers on preventative maintenance, repair work orders, and improvement projects.Identify opportunities for improved planning and assignment of work using CMMS technology.  Serve as a technical resource to business units, providing expertise on mechanical innovations that will advance our distribution capabilities.

 

Qualified candidates will have:A Bachelors or Masters degree, preferably in engineering, applied science or an operations-related discipline.At least two years of recent management of a team focused on operations or maintenance.The ability to blend strategic vision with hands-on management to facilitate continuous improvement.
