Currently, we are seeking a GLOBAL ALLIANCES & TECH ACQUISITIONS MANAGER for our DALLAS, TX (WORLD HEADQUARTERS)location. KEY FUNCTIONS:Incumbent provides leadership and coordination for a multifunctional business team within P&TD and across business units. He/she leads the development and implementation of a program, specifically for external partnerships, licensing, and technology collaborations. He/she facilitates employee development and innovation to identify, develop, and evaluate new product, process or material concepts. A major challenge of this position is to ensure that Innovation priorities and programs are consistent with current business plans. He/she provides protection to technologies and products through appropriate use of patents and trade secrets or licensing or acquisition thereof. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, business, economics or a related discipline and 10 - 18 years industrial experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Solid background of technical knowledge and experience** Verifiable ability to lead and direct teams and projects in order to meet business objectives ** The ability to coach and develop team members for career development and performance improvement ** An MBA is preferred, but not required, for this role.
