We are currently looking for a Member Services Representative in our Manchester, NH office.  This position is responsible for assisting members with questions and/or problems, as well as obtaining feedback from members regarding Carpet One Floor & Home products and programs.  Other responsibilities include:

 Assist members with information on all Carpet One programs.

 Follow up with members on new programs to encourage participation.

 Convention responsibilities:  prepare all materials needed for Member Services Booth for convention, assist members at booth with convention orders, enter convention orders after convention, send out Convention Confirmations with Sample Rebate Coupons, help set up convention floor.

 Research and help resolve member disputes on Carpet One invoices.

 Gather and compile information for Supplier Directory.

 Work as liaison with other Carpet One departments to insure timely and accurate updates of C1members.net.

 Provide administrative assistance as needed.

 

The position requires a high school diploma/equivalent, plus 2 years customer service experience.  Candidates with some college coursework will be given preference.  Must have excellent communication, follow up and people skills with the ability to learn and absorb new information quickly.  A sense of urgency and the ability to travel twice per year for 3-5 days each trip is required.  Must be able to work late shift (10:00am - 7:00pm) one night per week to accommodate our west coast members.  The position also requires personal computer skills (Microsoft Office, inclusive of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Excellent spelling and grammar skills with the ability to communicate with corporate staff in a courteous, tactful and concise manner are essential.
