-Handle all requests to schedule and book meeting rooms for staff/client meetings.
-Maintain organized and easily accessible all master documents to distribute as requested.
-Collaborate frequently with team members in the Northern California office to provide support on special projects.
-Oversee timely communication of important facilities updates/issues to entire team.
-Review and keep accurate records of all invoices.


Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, be proficient in all MS Office applications, provide quick turn around times on important projects, and have 2-3+ years of solid experience working in a fast-paced office support position.
