PRN - Premier Retail Networks has an opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator on a contract basis in Round Rock, TX.

 

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring, quality checking and problem solving at a third-party vendor during a deployment project running September 2008 through October 2008 and then January 2009 through October 2009. This position will be based at the PRN consolidation vendor facility in Round Rock.
This job pays $15 per hour.



ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Consolidation & shipping schedule coordination between PRN and third party vendors QC of assembly work performed by PRN consolidation vendor.  Management of component images and configurations by site Coordination of automated part replenishment orders between installation teams and consolidation vendor.  Report creation & distribution for all related activities. Ensure all part RMA and repair activities are properly conducted by the consolidation vendor Act as liaison between PRN NIS Department and the consolidator Coordinate the recovery of assets to be returned from the field Coordinate all special pickups and deliveries Process all consolidation vendor invoices

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience:Five years of related work experience - College degree preferredExperience with vendor management requiredExperience with digital signage components and technology preferredExperience with asset management systems preferredExperience with hard drive duplication via Ghost preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strong communication skills, attention to detail and organizational skills required.Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in writing.Thorough knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office required. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
