LOH looking for a Licensed Optician to join our thriving company for the Optica-San Francisco location.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the fitting of frames & lenses, edging lenses including rimless, measuring heights, frame adjustments,
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up,
• Brand recognition & knowledge,
• Assist with opening & closing of the store, including cash handling,
• Stay well informed of current industry trends,
• Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas,
• Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale,
• Adheres to all company policies, & procedures,
• Maintain contact with all customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction,
• Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, office systems, and record keeping.
• Skill to use a personal computer and various software packages.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
