Lectora e-Learning Designer

Job Description:For this position, you will bring your experience with Lectora and e-Learning to this world-renowned software company!Your responsibilities will include: Working with training, product, and business teams to design and deliver a variety of e-Learning courses Working with internal graphic design partners and agencies to create course templates Developing interactive quizzes and challenges to test student comprehension and knowledge retention in a fun and engaging way Participating in the analysis and review of existing training courses and initiatives Assisting in localization and integration of localized course content Identifying cost-effective, quality delivery methods for e-Learning courses to worldwide subsidiariesJob Experience: 3+ years related work experience Experience with Lectora Experience with instructional design and delivery (portfolio/published samples) Experience with marketing and consumer software Knowledge of Lectora Publisher Knowledge of e-Learning methodologies and principles Solid analytical and problem solving skills Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Business Communications, or a related field Instructional design certification is a plus Knowledge of Flash is preferredMinimum Education Required: BachelorYears of Experience Required: 3-5 Years For more information about career opportunities with CompuCom Excell Data visit www.excell.com.
