Must have at least 4 years experience as a leasing agent in the retail sector. Must provide deal transaction sheet with excellent references. Strong communication and negotiating skills required. A college degree is highly preferred. A Florida Real Estate Salesperson / Broker License is required. Excellent income and groth potential with a strong base plus commissions and bonus program.
