Learning and Development Trainer

Well established organization in Columbia, MD is seeking a learning and development trainer. Provide a wide variety of training and support activities that will increase the knowledge and job preparedness of employees. Communicate training goals/objectives and employee expectations throughout the training process. Observe, track, document, and provide performance feedback to trainees and leadership throughout the training process.  At the conclusion of the training, provide employee and leadership a performance summary, including development opportunities and coaching recommendations. Provide structured feedback to Director of Organizational Effectiveness/Training and Ascend One leadership regarding trainee progress, and make recommendations regarding termination/continuation of trainee employment during the training period.
