Lead Network Analyst with Intellisync Experience

Job Description:Genesis10 is seeking a Lead Network Analyst with Intellisync experience for a major client in Minneapolis, MN on a 6 month contract basis with possibility of hire. As the Network Analyst, you will provide hands-on administration, monitoring and support of a large mission critical business application using the Intellisync product suite from Nokia. Responsibilities:- Manage the security patching process for the field tablets.- Create Intellisync packages per IT/Business requirements.- Monitor the application processes to ensure availability and performance SLA's are met.- Administration of users, including creating new and removing old.- Maintain accurate records on licenses used and available.- Participate in new development projects and process improvement initiatives.- Work with other Service Desk associates to resolve user issues.Rate:Up to $40-50/hr, W2 then $75,000-85,000 annuallyJob Experience:Required Experience/Skills:- 4+ years server support experience.- 2+ years experience with Windows 2003 servers.- Ability to adapt to and learn new technology.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.Preferred Experience/Skills:- 4+ years experience with Nokia File Synch and Data Synch products.- 2+ years experience with SQL Databases.- Bachelor's degree.This is an excellent opportunity to join a winning team.
