Laboratory Assistant

Schedule: Monday – Friday 1st shift
Pay: $12.00/hr
Tasks:
Assisting in all areas of the lab- physical, chemistry, and micro.
Physical inspection of product (meat, poultry, buns, baked goods, etc.) for uniformity.
Weighing and shaping product.
Report bad samples (wrong weight, wrong color, wrong size, etc.).
Work directly with clients to find specific product specs.
