Job Description:For this position, you will join a team that is responsible for ensuring maximum availability of the Data Center Systems at this world-renowned software company. You will help provide tier level support to the Business Unit for critical infrastructure systems that run 24/7.Your responsibilities will include: Setting up computer racks, benches, and cable routing Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and/or escalating hardware issues Installing machines and hardware components Job Experience: 1+ years related work experience Knowledge of Windows operating system installation, drivers, and operation Knowledge of SQL Server installation Understanding of physical network connectivity Understanding of basic disk array configuration and software utilities (HP Smart, Dell Open Manage) Ability to lift computer equipment (up to 70lbs) Solid troubleshooting skillsMinimum Education Required: Technical CollegeYears of Experience Required: At Least 1 Year For more information about career opportunities with CompuCom Excell Data visit www.excell.com.
