Dancing Deer Baking Company has evolved from a small, high quality natural bakery to a fast growing specialty baked goods and gift company with national distribution in the country’s top marquis retailers. The company’s creative marketing; excellent product line (which is manufactured in house) and guerilla tactics in organic growth have translated into significant market penetration and consumer loyalty. We are seeking an experienced, talented self-starting sales person to build key account relationships. You will collaborate with our team to drive sales in the corporate channel where we offer marketing retention and gifting programs as well as in with our Catalog and eCommerce Reseller partners.

Responsibilities: Selling:  Deliver sales and customer “happiness� Sales and market planning: identify new opportunities and support  existing relationships; pipeline construction and maintenance; forecasting Internal Coordination with Product Development, Creative Services, Production and Finance:   Corporate and Reseller accounts have a relatively high degree of specialization and require careful coordination with all the other teams Quality Control:  Everyone is part of delivering an excellent product and service while maintaining and building a quality organization Account Management:  Work closely with the Customer Service and Sales administration team to deliver excellent service as promised Marketing: Collaborate with creative and marketing team to refine messaging and efficiency of customer acquisition

Profile Talented, confident, passionate sales person who believe in Dancing Deer product and mission Previous sales  and  customer service experience required, 5 year minimum Can do, self starting, entrepreneurial attitude willing to do what it takes to get the job done and contribute to building systems and competencies to attain the next level of growth Uncompromising ethics and integrity Ability to commit to a flexible schedule, including some weekends during our holiday season (November-December) Passionate commitment to the highest possible quality of customer service and satisfaction Understanding of the administrative details necessary to run a successful sales effort, ranging from data base accuracy to efficient invoicing and careful follow up on job details.  These support activities are handled by other teams but the sales person is responsible to know that all the bases are covered and have a detailed, working knowledge of account status
