About the Position:
The Junior Translation Coordinator will be expected to shepherd training materials from their initial translation (in a number of different languages), development, QA, client review, and ultimately, the final handoff to the Client. Integrity serves international clients and the Junior Translation Coordinator will be responsible for managing projects in all languages. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Deliver training materials to the world's largest companies in multiple languages;
· Take ownership of our off-line training products;
· Work with translation agencies, developers, and QA to ensure timely delivery; and
· Coordinate in-country review and deployment with the Client Management group

This position requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 year experience in project management; must be comfortable working with languages other than English and preferably be able to speak and read several foreign languages. Integrity works with clients in a variety of languages, including, but not limited to: Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, and Arabic.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

· Outstanding attention to detail is a must;
· Excellent written and oral communication skills are required due to communication needs with overseas translators, developers and account managers;
· Ability to meet tight deadlines and carefully manage a number of projects simultaneously;
· Familiarity with graphic design tools and HTML is preferred;
· Familiarity with Trados is a plus;
· Desire to work in a fast-paced, small-team environment
· Ability to understand and support the Company’s goals, business and values

This position is based in beautiful Waltham, Massachusetts.
