Long-Island research supplier seeks Junior Project Director.  Fast-paced and hard-working, yet friendly and informal working atmosphere.  Position involves supporting a Senior Project Director on various aspects of strategic and tactical market research projects.  Work includes all quantitative methodologies, spanning projects such as on-site personal intercepts, online product positioning and concept testing, brand awareness, usage and image, advertising and promotion effectiveness studies, pricing studies; etc.   The Junior Project Director will report to and assist the Senior Project Director on all phases of the project including questionnaire design, open-end coding, data tabulation, custom data file generation, chart/graph and report preparation, proof-reading and any other custom ad hoc responsibilities.



Requirements: 2-4 years work experience in market research a must. Excellent computer skills a must including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other MS applications.  Knowledge of SPSS and data tabulation software a plus. B.A. / B.S. in marketing or business related study preferred. Excellent oral and written skills, with day to day experience interacting with internal staff and support vendors. Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, solid analytic ability, and capacity to handle multiple requests/projects simultaneously. Salary commensurate with experience
