Jr. HRIS Analyst
Contribute as part of a team with hands-on functional support of the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS); internal and 3rd party vendor interface processes. Provide guidance to edepartment “super users” to troubleshoot issues, interface with vendors as needed to resolve issues. Provide report writing support for the HR function including core HR, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation and Training and Development.
Job Requirements
College degree in relevant discipline and strong analytical ability to review data and see relationships and patterns, as well as, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills is critical for this role. Minimum of two years experience with HRIS in either Human Resources or reporting/analyst role. Proficiency in MS Office Products essential; knowledge of table setup and maintenance
