Via inbound and outbound calls, she/he promotes Logoworks by HP products, processes customer orders, responds to order-related inquiries, etc, in a manner compliant with company and departmental policies and procedures. The   Brand Consultant also:¨ Promotes teamwork and cooperative effort¨ Understands and applies continuous improvement processes.¨ Provides customers (internal and external) with the highest quality results. Level of Complexity/Scope: The Brand Consultant works on assignments of limited complexity and follows standard practices and procedures in performing daily responsibilities. Assignments at this level require limited independent action and decision-making. Essential Job Functions:¨ Receives and/or pursues sales leads via inbound and outbound phone calls.¨ Responds to customer inquiries and requests regarding service and order processing information. Navigates multiple information databases performing necessary research and system queries to obtain requested information.¨ Completes logs and ensures accuracy through the use of self-monitored quality control methods. Notifies Team Lead and or Supervisor of errors and makes necessary corrections.¨ Completes appropriate documentation for sales.   ¨ Retains electronic documentation and records in compliance with established customer standards.¨ Uses good customer service skills at all times.¨ Maintains current knowledge of standard policies and procedures and consistently implements them to ensure compliance with customer and departmental standards and expectations. your profileExperience in Marketing (Academic or professional)   Excellent (English) verbal and written communication skillsProficient PC skills, especially in Windows based environmentExhibits positive attitude, professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills at all timesAbility to multi-task and demonstrate adaptability and patience in a changing and dynamic environmentAbility to work both independently and in a cooperative team environmentAbility to communicate verbally on telephones Education/Experience:   Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred   Flexible schedule (may work part time).   © 2007 Hewlett-Packard Development Company, L.P.
