Responsible for analysis, development, and support for computer software to meet the needs of the business. Has a solid understanding of the organization(s) being supported and ITs role in the business mission. Has specialized knowledge in one or more areas.

Job Responsibilities:With minimal direction, supports IT projects within estimated time and in accordance with acceptable quality measurements. Conducts analysis, design, testing, and documentation for small to medium projects. Provides application support With minimal direction, conducts or supervises investigation and resolution of application issues.Other related duties and responsibilities as required or assignedRequired Skills

Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) preferred but not required 3+ years or equivalent proficiency level in analysis, design, programming, testing, and implementation. In depth knowledge of Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, WSDL, JDBC, XML, XSL, and Oracle. Knowledge with Service-Oriented Architecture and Web Services. Experience with object oriented and/or component software design. Experience with large scale databases and database products such as Oracle. 3-5 years experience developing software applications and integrations in Java. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to work well in a team environment.Required Experience

Intermediate Java Programming skills. Experience developing and supporting business to business ecommerce sites Open protocols (X.509, HTTP, HTTPS,FTP,SMTP etc) Knowledge/Experience in standards (XML, Web Services, EDI) Experience in SQL.
