NET and SENIOR LEVEL C# Developers1- Junior and MID VB.NETThe candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years of specific experience with developing complex MS Access databases in support of IT projects. The position requires expertise with designing, building and managing complex MS Access databases. Experience with design/creation of MS Access forms and controls, database queries, and report generation is a must.The position requires experience with VBA for MS Access and working with complex macro programming, VBA Custom Functions and Procedures and enhancing forms and reports. Prior experience in Interfacing Access Databases with the Internet and intranet is required.Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical. Candidate must be able to effectively interact with the customer staff, and be able to flourish in a government contract setting. Candidate should be able to adapt to a changing environment. Additional skills Experience with Oracle is a plus. Experience with SharePoint is a plus. Prior experience with full development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing and documentation; Implementing and Securing Multi-user Environment is a plus.EducationAn undergraduate degree (BA/BS) from an accredited university in Computer Science, Information Technology or a computer related field, or equivalent work experience.Technical certifications and/or completion of technical courses are a plus*************************************************************2- C# Developer Senior Software Engineer EXPERIENCE- Five+ years of experience designing and developing software JOB DUTIES: - Proactively communicate with management - Write design documents for applications being developed- Use C# programming skills to evaluate, design, and implement software systems- Work with test engineers to fix software "bugs", both during development and once the software is released- Participate in a senior role in the software design process- Identify, resolve, and proactively communicate potential problems- Display willingness to assist other departments in support of customers- Work under regular supervision and submit most work for review- Complete assigned administrative responsibilitiesSkill requirementsQualified applicants should have excellent skills in .NET development and recent development experience in Visual Basic 6.0 and Visual Studio 2005. The candidate should also be able to analyze existing code and develop system documentation in addition to having the following skills: . Proven expertise in .NET development, C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, ADO.NET, VB, XML, XSLT, DHTML, VB Script, J avaScript, CSS, A J AX, SQL . Experience in VB 6.0, Visual Studio 2005, ASP.NET, VB.NET, C# (Required). Prior experience converting a VB 6.0 application to .NET. Experience in MS Access. Ability to produce application system documentation using a MS Word template . Understanding of High Level Application Programming Interface (HILAPI) . Experience in SQL Server 2000, SQL Server 2005 and stored procedures . Experience in Visual Source Safe . Expertise in ODBC, Web Services (Preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
