The responsibility includes recording of invoices in the tracking system, routing for approval and the coordination of payment processing.Job ResponsibilitiesEnter all incoming legal invoices into the paper invoice tracking system.Review incoming legal invoices to verify billed services and expenses meet Wyeth legal billing guidelines.Resolve errors in billing with outside legal firms.Route invoices for proper approval.Work with Accounts Payable to resolve payment issues. Prepare financial reports and documentation on a monthly basis.Basic QualificationsAn AS or BS in Accounting, Finance, or business related field is required. Three to five years of financial/accounting experience is required. Pharmaceutical and/or legal experience is preferred. Candidates should have superior computer skills and be proficient in MS Excel and MS Word. Relational database experience and knowledge of Wyeth’s Accounting/Finance practices are preferred.
