Inventory Control Clerk

The Successful Candidate Will:

 Relive inventory through Bill of Material

Ø  When finished good is delivered to our DC or when we assemble product in-house for retail or live shopping, components are relieved through Product Assembly in our database

Ø  Report any Bill of Material discrepancies immediately to the inventory supervisorProcess inter-company transfers

Ø  Move inventory between component warehousesInitiate, Reconcile and Book cycle counts

Ø  Implement cycle count schedule based ABC ranking

Ø  Distribute cycle counts to Kennesaw and Canada according to the cycle count schedule

Ø  Tally counts and order recounts when necessary

Ø  Enter counts into Solomon

Ø  Reconcile as necessary

Ø  Book counts upon completionWork closely with the inventory supervisor and purchasing/planning departments to process the year end physical

Ø  Learn how to print inventory tags for counting product

Ø  Enter inventory into Solomon

Ø  Export data into Excel to compile inventory variances

Ø  Audit counts and recounts

Ø  Help reconcile variances after recounts

Ø  Submit report to accounting department to obtain approval to book

 

 

To Be Considered, The Candidate Will Have:

 Associate Degree, minimumData Entry skillsExcellent communication skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office softwareExceptional attention to detail, very organizedFollow tasks through to completionAnalytical reconciliation and problem solving skillsSelf starter and very motivated
