International Relocation Assistant

Starting position with career growth potential for the right individual.  Work directly with large team of industry professionals, customers, agents, port brokers, and vendors relating to multiple international client accounts.  Responsible for assisting with the coordination of SIRVA International Moving Division’s over 27,000 annual household good shipments.  You will learn: customer service relationship building, shipment tracing, documentation handling (preparing, collecting, distributing), and downstream cost containment.  Essential functions and responsibilities:  40% shipment tracing: daily status update of operating system and internet tracking systems; 30% documentation handling:  arrange shipment documents and processing with customers, agents, vendors and port brokers; 20% communicate status changes to customers, agents, vendors, and port brokers; 10% assist IRC with resolving shipment issues as required.
