Integration Services Professional

Description:1) Manage multiple tasks concurrently, working to plan activities around incident management, applications development, documentation, collaboration, and communication across multiple teams.2) Able to lead technical resources through troubleshooting exercises and/or engage resources to provide assistance, when necessary.3) Conducts periodic reviews of service levels to ensure projects are meeting customer requirements. Collaborates with appropriate Manpower Business Units, management and staff.4) Maintain confidence of customers, internal/external stakeholders and other team members by directing the progress of incidents; influencing resources to complete deliverables on time, within scope and budget. 5) Ensure the support team, business unit(s) and customer(s) understand our service level agreements. Set realistic expectations for successful incident resolution; understand the impact of change; and communicate with team members, end users, management and counterparts in other locations.6) Embrace change; continuously identify potential improvements and striving to get the team to deliver ever increasing levels of service. Drive change management; influence others to gain acceptance regarding objectives and outcome.7) Maintain knowledge of the work that is being performed, and provide status reporting as needed.8) Accept and react to occasional calls during non-business hours, when an urgent issue arises.Qualifications:The Integration Services Coordinator is responsible for providing leadership and expertise in the support of application integration services, which includes service requests, incidents, and defects.This Integration Services Coordinator provides a first point of contact to integration customers during the American time zones. Under the direction of the Integration Services Lead, this individual manages the workload of the offshore support teams. Additionally, this individual provides overall management of enhancement projects; planning, organizing, assigning tasks and insuring that the team adheres to Manpowers project management, governance, methodology and tools. Bachelors degree in computer science or related field. Experience working within an applications support team is preferred. 3 years of experience in software development and/or Application Integration required. Solid understanding of incident management principles and processes. Ideal candidates must be a team player and possess experience coordinating the effective and on-time implementation of small projects. The role requires individuals who are resourceful, confident under pressure, and have demonstrated skills in expectation management. Must be capable of producing results within unstructured and dynamic environments and be flexible in the identification and response to changes in priorities. Proven ability to interface with internal & external customers at all levels. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication; Ability to relate ideas and concepts to others; write reports, business correspondence, project plans and procedure documents. Ability to formulate probing questions to obtain complete and appropriate information. Solid understanding of an applications development lifecycle. Strong working knowledge of Word, Visio, PowerPoint and Excel. Operational use of Niku's Clarity product is a plus.
