Instructional Designer/Project Manager

Keywords: ID, PMP, training manager, training director, course developer, training lead We are working with our client in locating a seasoned Instructional Design consultant to review client’s current training program and recommend strategy and approach. The consultant will spend one week evaluating 120 courses that are in PowerPoint and deliver upgrade recommendations. The consultant will also recommend how to incorporate Training Best Practices and develop a project plan demonstrating how to accomplish it by December. The consultant will presumably manage the project after recommendations have been taken into consideration and add’l IDs and resources are secured.   Required Skills: 7+ years of Instructional Design experience with blended learning programs: ILT and eLearning Prior experience must include assessment of needs and resources, providing strategy for training programs 3+ years of project management experience in corporate Training & Development  Start Date: ASAPDuration: TBD. The consultant will presumably manage the project after recommendations have been taken into consideration and add’l IDs and resources are secured.
