Inside Technical Sales Position

Nomad Technologies, Inc. is the manufacturer of turn-key Presentation Stations and Multimedia Podiums which are sold in a variety of market places throughout the United States including:  Universities, Courtrooms, Corporations, Government, Military and Medical.  These systems range in price from $12-35K each. All Presentation Station or Podium products are only sold factory direct and are proprietary products.   

Nomad Technologies is seeking a driven Inside Sales Professional to assist a team of three Regional Sales Directors. 

Duties to assist with account management and opportunities in 4 sales territories include:  

 Call on prospects in sales pipeline.Answer incoming calls from prospects and provide technical information and explanations.Develop equipment quotes and warranty quotes as needed for Regional Sale’s Directors.Call on existing customers to build rapport, expand on opportunities, to provide support and to acquire extended warranty contracts.Assist Regional Sale’s Directors in sales trip preparation (setting appointments, putting a travel and itinerary book together, coordinating van or truck rental for transporting equipment between demonstration locations)Responding to customer service requests.Interface with manufacturing department to determine ETA on deliveries, and communicate delivery times to Regional Sales Director. Assisting with research to identify and data enter additional contacts within organizations to help expand Nomad Technologies’ visibility and influence.Accomplish department/organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

Skills/Qualifications:

 

Prospecting skills; people skills; technical understanding for audiovisual equipment, wiring, electronics and computers; data entry skills, experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; strong interest and motivation for B2B sales; strong verbal communication skills.
