Inside Sales Representative

 

Position Summary

 

The ideal Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be professional, goal-oriented, articulate and possess excellent phone skills.  ISRs will configure, price and quote sales solutions as well as provide detailed product information, proactive follow-up, and overall account support via the telephone.  ISR is responsible for driving revenue and sales to meet personal targets in a high volume, outbound business-to-business telesales center.  

  

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

 

+ Placing outbound sales calls to business customers from provided leads

+ Meeting or exceeding monthly revenue/sales/point expectations

+ Accurately documenting all sales/order activity

+ Effectively communicate with management personnel on any customer issues

+ Exercising positive and cooperative behavior that promotes teamwork

+ Representing company and client in a consistently courteous and

    professional manner

 

Knowledge & Skills

 

+ Minimum of one year sales experience, preferably in an outbound telesales   

    environment

+ Aggressive self starter with a great attitude and strong organizational skills

+ Strong phone sales skills, understanding of the sales process, and the ability to make

    high volume outbound calls to build a prospect funnel base

+ Excellent multi-tasking skills

+ Professional organizational, verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills

    with a high degree of attention to detail

+ Must be able to work independently and in a team environment

+ Reliability and adherence to assigned work schedule
