General Description: The incumbent will be responsible for deployment/implementation activities related to international Sales and Marketing, Technical Services and Customer Service for current and future CRM deployments. Activities include, but are not limited to: working in collaboration with local project teams and Global IT Operations in the EDC and ADC to develop and manage project plans to meet approved dates, facilitate data conversion, coordinate environment setups, facilitate user acceptance testing and communicate project status; design, develop and deliver train-the-trainer programs for Sales, Customer Service and Technical Services; analyze and implement issue resolution, support and maintenance of new and existing CRM applications; manage communication and training of local project leaders related to application upgrades and new releases. Provide on-site training and go-live support. This position requires international travel approximately 25% of the yearly work time.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Math or equivalent technical training with eight to ten years with information systems analysis, design, project management, development, implementation and maintenance across multiple hardware and software platforms. Theoretical and practical knowledge of and experience with GUI development tools, relational database management systems, office productivity software, multi-tiered application development, and structured programming techniques. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences with strong interpersonal, oral communication and presentation skills; ability to accomplish complex technical investigation, design, programming and troubleshooting tasks with minimal supervision.
