Primary responsibilities are:* Order tracking and expediting* Working with freight forwarders and shipping lines to track and monitor timely delivery of goods to destination Additional responsibilities include:* Ensure regulatory compliance for import/export regarding EPA, Customs, IATA, and DGR requirements.Job Experience:Required Experience:* 2+ years experience import/export coordination, customer service, or related area. * SAP experience with order processing and shipments* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Good skills with Microsoft Excel* Action oriented, with good problem solving and analytical skillsDesired Experience:* Undergraduate degree in logistics * International Import/Export shipment of dangerous goods* Ability to make decisions and set priorities within established guidelines* Knowledge of DOT, EPA, and IATA shipping and labeling requirements.* Knowledge of Customs and port clearance procedures.
