Ideal candidate will have strong experience in the Import/Export Transportation Industry and office administrative skills. Must be proficient with Ms Office skills (Word/Excel), strong knowledge of MS Outlook, and ability to multi-task. Will be responsible for follow-up calls to clients, proofreading shipments, and must be extremely detail-oriented. Ideal candidate will be available to work overtime when needed and be able to work with all levels of management.
